Map of the Mogul empire
from the Atlas van der Hagen, Koninklijke Bibliotheek, The Hague, Part 4. This map was published in 1638 by Joan (1598-1673) and Cornelis Blaeu (1610-1642). The map shows a part of what is today India. In the 17th century little was known of this enormous continent except for the coast. Bottom left a commission from Joan and Cornelis Blaeu to Johan Huydekoper

Reason: its maker died more than 100 years ago, and a faithful scan of a flat work adds no new copyright.
